You will need an internet connection, a skype account, a front facing camera on a tablet or a webcam and a computer, and a yoga mat. As part of your onboarding, you will speak to your assigned guru on a skype call and get guidance on best camera angles and audibility. If you are practicing in place with a lot of background noise, we recommend you try a Bluetooth headset with a mike to eliminate as much of the ambient sound as you can.
